Residential Management Companies

We are a specialist provider of accounting and audit services under Section 21(5) of the Landlord and Tenant Act to Residential Management Companies.

We have developed our own software systems to provide the specialist reports necessary to comply with the guidance notes of the Association of Residential Managing Agents and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006.

We are able to work directly with the members of the Management Company or with their appointed Managing Agents. Where required we can also provide Company Secretarial services, maintaining the Member and Officer records of the companies and ensuring compliance with the Companies Acts.

We aim to provide assurance to the members that the expenditures made on their properties are correctly recorded within the requirements of the Landlord and Tenant Act whilst providing a fast and efficient service to ensure accounts are filed with Companies House in good time and that late-filng penalties are avoided.

As Registered Auditors we are authorised to carry out annual reports for the Solicitors Regulation Authority on member firms Client Money Accounts.

We are particularly geared to the needs of smaller firms of solicitors including sole practitioners and 2 or 3-partner firms
